BOSTON -The Boston Bruins will host Irish Heritage Day on Saturday, March 11, during their game against the Detroit Red Wings at TD Garden at 1 p.m.

Irish Heritage Day will be celebrated with Bruins players wearing official St. Patrick's Day green jerseys with gold accents during warmups. The warmup jerseys will be signed by the players and auctioned off to benefit the Boston Bruins Foundation and the Claddagh Fund. Charlie Coyle's St. Patrick's Day warmup jersey will be raffled off at bruinsraffles.com, while Trent Frederic's St. Patrick's Day warmup jersey will be raffled off during the game at the Boston Bruins Foundation table behind Loge 5.
Additionally, Irish heritage-themed bucket hats will be given to the first 5,000 fans to enter through the TD Garden turnstiles, courtesy of TD Bank.
