BOSTON -The Boston Bruins announced today that the team will collect donations from fans to support Essex County community during the Washington Capitals vs. Boston Bruins preseason game at TD Garden on Sunday, September 16 at 1:00 p.m.
Monetary donations will be collected at turnstiles, starting at 11:45 a.m., and at the Boston Bruins Foundation table located at loge four on the concourse. The Boston Bruins Foundation will match the in-game donations made by fans. Select Boston Bruins players not participating the preseason game will be on hand to help collect donations at turnstiles.
