Bruins Sign Lantosi to Entry-Level Deal

One-year contract carries NHL cap hit of $750,000

BOSTON - Boston Bruins General Manager Don Sweeney announced today, August 6, that the team has signed forward Robert Lantosi to a one-year entry-level contract with an NHL cap hit of $750,000.

Lantosi, 24, appeared in 50 games with the Providence Bruins of the AHL in 2019-20, recording 11 goals and 20 assists for 31 points with a plus-10 rating. The 5-foot-10, 185-pound forward skated in 56 games with Nitra MHC in the Slovak Tipsport Liga, the top league in Slovakia, in 2018-19, producing 20 goals and 38 assists for 58 points with a plus-17 rating.

The Prievidza, Slovakia native was signed to Providence as a free agent on July 8, 2019.
