Bruins Media Day, Sept. 29

BOSTON, MA - The Boston Bruins announced today that their annual Media Day will now take place at the TD Garden on Wednesday, September 29 at 10:30 a.m. ET. Bruins owner Jeremy Jacobs, Principal Charlie Jacobs, President Cam Neely, General Manager Peter Chiarelli, and Head Coach Claude Julien will hold a press conference at 10:30 a.m. ET in the Gray Walls Area on Level 3. Following the press conference, Bruins players will be available at 11:00 a.m. ET, also in the Gray Walls Area. After the media access, the Bruins will host a media luncheon for attending members of the press in the Will McDonough Press Room.


Media Day is open to accredited local and national media. Members of the media can enter the TD Garden as they would on a regular Bruins gameday through the Back Security/Media Entrance on Legends Way beginning at 9:45 a.m. ET.

Please note that the Bruins will play the Washington Capitals at 7:00 p.m. at the TD Garden on Wednesday, September 29 and then depart for Belfast after the game. The team will not have a pregame skate on Wednesday morning.

The Bruins also announced that they will hold team-building activities in Brattleboro, Vermont on Sunday, September 26 and Monday, September 27. The team-building activities will be closed to the media and there will not be any in-person availability during those two days for players or staff. The Bruins Communications Staff will arrange conference calls on Sunday and Monday. Details are as follows:
