Czarnik, Krug activated from IR, eligible to play vs. Avs

BOSTON - Boston Bruins General Manager Don Sweeney announced today, October 9, the following transactions:
Noel Acciari and David Backes have been placed on injured reserve.
Austin Czarnik and Torey Krug have been removed from injured reserve and are eligible to play in today's game vs. Colorado at TD Garden.
Matt Grzelcyk has been assigned to Providence.
