Bruins Announce Time Change for Saturday's Game Against Philadelphia

Thursday's Game Against Chicago Remains a 7:00 p.m. Start
Boston Bruins Executive Vice President Charlie Jacobs announced today that the club has rescheduled the start time of their game against the Philadelphia Flyers on Saturday, October 27 at the TD Banknorth Garden to 4:00 p.m. ET. The game was originally slated to begin at 7:00 p.m. ET.
Thursday's game against Chicago on October 25 will begin at its regularly scheduled time (7:00 p.m. ET). The Bruins do not anticipate making any other time changes to their schedule over the next eight days, with the exception of Saturday's game against the Flyers.
"It is truly an exciting time to be a Boston sports fan," said Executive Vice President of the Boston Bruins Charlie Jacobs. "We are doing everything in our power to give our fans the opportunity to take in all the action that the Boston sports scene has to offer during the coming week. We certainly appreciate the cooperation of the NHL, the Philadelphia Flyers, our broadcast partners, and the TD Banknorth Garden for accommodating these changes. Being able to watch the Bruins on Saturday afternoon without missing a pitch of Game Three is a win-win situation for everyone involved."
The Boston Red Sox will battle the Colorado Rockies in Game Three of the World Series Saturday night at 8:00 p.m. ET. The Bruins game will be televised live on NESN and broadcast live on WBZ 1030 AM, with pregame shows beginning at 3:30.
