Bruins Announce Second Round Schedule

BOSTON, MA - The Boston Bruins finalized their game, practice and media availability schedule for the 2010 Stanley Cup Playoff Semifinals. Also, playoff credential policies and media hotel information for those members of the press traveling to Philadelphia are now available.

The Bruins will practice on Thursday, April 29 at 10:30 a.m. at Ristuccia Arena in Wilmington, with Bruins players available after practice inside the locker room and Head Coach Claude Julien available in the Ristuccia Arena Conference Room following the player access.

Games 1 and 2 of the B’s/Flyers series will be played in Boston at the TD Garden on Saturday, May 1 at 12:30 p.m. ET and on Monday, May 3 at 7:00 p.m. ET. The Flyers will then host the B’s at the Wachovia Center for Games 3 and 4 on Wednesday, May 5 at 7:00 p.m. ET and Friday, May 7 at 7:00 p.m. ET. If necessary, Game 5 is set for Monday, May 10 at 7:00 p.m. ET in Boston, while Game 6 will shift back to Philadelphia on Wednesday, May 12 (start time TBD), and Game 7 will be played in Boston on Friday, May 14 at 7:00 p.m. ET.

Television broadcast information can be found below. All playoff games can be heard on the Bruins flagship radio station, 98.5 FM The Sports Hub.

Please be aware that Bruins regular season credentials WILL NOT be valid for Bruins home games during the playoffs. Members of the media must submit requests on a game-by-game basis. Members of the media interested in obtaining preferred rates for hotel accommodations in Philadelphia should visit the Boston Bruins Media Website Thursday afternoon. Requests must be submitted 48 hours prior to the respective game’s start time. Applications that do not include all of the above fields may be denied. Applicants will be notified upon approval/denial within 24 hours of submission.

Members of the media who are approved for playoff credentials can pick them up at the Bruins Media Will Call table from 9:30 a.m. ET - 12:00 p.m. and from 2:30 - 8:30 p.m. ET on GAMEDAYS. The Bruins Media Will Call table is located at the Back Security Entrance on the East Side of the TD Garden.

PHOTOGRAPHER POSITIONS (HOME GAMES):
The Bruins will have a total of 28 still photographer positions at the TD Garden for the playoffs. These positions will be assigned by the Bruins during a photographers meeting which will be held 90 minutes prior to all home games. The photographers meeting will take place in the Zamboni entrance on (level 3), and will be led by a member of the Bruins Communications staff.

MEDIA HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:
Members of the media planning on traveling to Philadelphia will have access to a preferred team rate. Visit the Bruins Media Website on Thursday for more information.
