THIS WEEK'S NEWS, NOTES AND NUMBERS…

STAT OF THE WEEK: Four different goaltenders have started for the Bruins so far this season (Tuukka Rask, Anton Khudobin, Malcolm Subban, Zane McIntyre). The last time the Bruins used four different goaltenders was during the 2011-12 season.

QUOTE OF THE WEEK: "It's always great to be there and support people going through it. It's obviously a tough fight to fight the chemo and the radiation. You can see how draining it is. It's tough to see your parents just fighting and being tired. But, I know my mom was still coming home from radiation and cooking dinner because she's just insane, and bringing me to practice and acting like nothing was going to affect the daily routine of the family. But, it's always nice to be able to go see a younger kid as well and put a smile on their face, knowing they're fighting and KO'ing cancer." - Jimmy Hayes on Hockey Fights Cancer Night

TWEET OF THE WEEK (WEEK 6): @DaleEArnold (Dale Arnold, NESN) "What a treat hearing ‪@carlie_gonzalez sing the anthem tonight ‪@tdgarden. ‪#hockeyfightscancer"

@SarahDavisNESN (Sarah Davis, NESN): "Ice cream at the rink? No problem! ‪@GiffordsMaine shared "Power Play Fudge" w/ us as ‪#Bruins announce partnership"
