Lets Go Bruins Wall

The Boston Bruins announced today, January 21, various fan initiatives ahead of Opening Night presented by TD Bank. While TD Garden is not yet able to welcome fans to attend games, the Boston Bruins will incorporate its fans into the gameday experience in new ways for the 2020-21 season.

The Bruins will honor Season Ticket Holders, Boston Garden Society Members and Game Plan Holders by featuring each of their names on a mural in the Bruins' locker room hallway at TD Garden. The mural includes the names of more than 5,200 Bruins fans to spell out the phrase "Let's Go Bruins!".
As part of the broadcast experience on NESN, the Bruins will introduce new virtual fan integration concepts, beginning with the Bruins vs. Flyers game Jan. 21. These include a virtual National Anthem program, where Bruins anthem singer Todd Angilly will be joined by fans from across New England. For Opening Night on Jan. 21, the virtual National Anthem will feature Angilly safely singing alongside the family and friends of 42-year Bruins Season Ticket Holder, Stephen A. Cipolla (Somerville, MA), who recently passed away after a battle with COVID-19.
The Bruins Academy Virtual Puck Drop program on NESN will feature videos recorded at home by young fans performing their own ceremonial puck drop prior to each Bruins game. Performing the virtual puck drop on opening night will be Boston Garden Society members, the Evers family. The Evers' have been with the organization since 2011. The Mahopac, New York natives attend nearly every home game, and have also attended a Bruins games in all 31 NHL arenas. The Bruins and NESN will also incorporate authentic fan reactions to key moments in the games into select game broadcasts by hosting virtual viewing parties with Season Ticket Holders. The Opening night will feature Season Ticket Holders from Section 308.
The Boston Bruins have also called on kids, parents, teachers and classrooms across the region to show off their Black & Gold spirit for the opportunity to win exclusive Bruins prizes this week. Fans were asked to take a photo of themselves at home with their virtual classroom or safely at school with classmates, showcasing their Bruins pride. . Top submissions will be shared on the official Boston Bruins social media accounts, and prizes include autographed team memorabilia or the opportunity to have a BFit School Assembly hosted at the school of the grand-prize winner's choosing.
