pj drive

BOSTON - The Boston Bruins and the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners are teaming up with Cradles to Crayons and DCF Wonderfund, both non-profits that ensure positive living conditions for children, to present the 14th Annual "PJ Drive" to benefit Massachusetts' youth in need. The drive will run from now until March 15.

The PJ Drive provides new, unused pajamas to babies, children, and teens in communities across Massachusetts. The PJ Drive was started by former Bruin P.J. Axelsson and his wife Siw during the 2007-2008 season. Since then, over 140,000 Massachusetts children have received PJ's through the Bruins PJ drive.
Pajama donations can be mailed to or dropped off at the Cradles to Crayons Giving Factory (281 Newtonville Avenue, Netwon, MA 02460). Cradles to Crayons is asking for brand new pajamas, appropriate for all seasons, from sizes 2T through adult medium. The most needed sizes for girls are 2T, 3T, 4T/5T (Child XS) and 14/16 (Child XL/Adult S). The most needed sizes for boys are 18/20 (Child XXL/Adult M).
