Boston Bruins Hockey Festival

by Staff Writer / Boston Bruins
The Boston Bruins are teaming up with Boston Centers for Youth and Families (BCYF) to host a fun-filled hockey themed day. Kids, ages 6-14, will have the opportunity to learn how to ice skate and play hockey. In addition, outside the rink there will be more activities and fun with street hockey and shooting games.

Bruins Alumni and the Bruins Youth Hockey team will lead on-ice instruction and teach kids fundamentals of the game, including passing, skating and shooting.

Skates, helmets, and hockey gear will be provided, but if they have their own, kids are encouraged to bring helmets (bike helmets are acceptable) and skates.

This hockey festival is FREE and open to all kids, ages 6-14.
