BOSTON - The Boston Bruins announced today, August 22, the creation of the Bruins Academy Kids Club presented by Floating Hospital for Children at Tufts Medical Center, the first-ever official youth fan club of the Boston Bruins.
In the program's inaugural season, Kids Club members will receive many benefits, including a Bruins-themed welcome kit, a subscription to the Bruins Academy Kids Club monthly e-newsletter, access to reduced price tickets to designated Kids Night games, exclusive Kids Club events, and in-game special promotions and a 10 percent discount at the ProShop at TD Garden when members show their Bruins Academy Kids Club membership card at Bruins home games this season.
Today's announcement comes in conjunction with the fourth stop on the 2019 Boston Bruins Fan Fest Tour in Leominster, Mass. Thanks to George Marchetti, the winner of the drawn spoked-B logo contest, Leominster was awarded a Fan Fest Tour event in his hometown. Today, he will be honored on stage for his winning design and assist in revealing the new Bruins Academy Kids Club logo, which incorporates his hand-drawn spoked-B. In addition, George's design will be incorporated into all Bruins Academy program logos henceforth.
A limited number of free Kids Club memberships for the 2019-2020 season are available to Bruins fans ages 2-14 living in the United States. Fans can learn more and sign up now at BostonBruins.com/KidsClub.
