Based on the morning line rushes, the lineup is expected to be the same as Tuesday night in Montreal, with the exception of Rask back in goal. Zane McIntyre started the game against the Habs.
Noel Acciari is out with a lower-body injury, and is expected to miss approximately four weeks.
In his place, Jimmy Hayes slotted back into the lineup against the Canadiens, playing on the fourth line with Dominic Moore and Tm Schaller.
"It was nice to get back in the lineup," said Hayes. "Two guys who work hard and bring a grinding game, just trying to add to that line and to continue to try and get scoring chances is how we're going to be effective."
"That's what I have to continue to do, and can hopefully get some production here."
The Bruins lost 3-2 to the Canadiens in their last game, with the winner coming at 1:02 left in the third period.
Apart from the outcome, the Black & Gold battled in that game and continued their strong five-on-five effort from Monday, when they earned a 4-0 shutout of the Buffalo Sabres at TD Garden.
"If we play the the way we played the other night, we're going to win more games than we're going to lose," Bruins Head Coach Claude Julien said following the team's pregame skate. "There's not much to complain about last game. We score a power-play goal. Five-on-five, we doubled the scoring chances on them."
"We really minimized the areas they're dangerous on, and they're stretch passes and everything, we did a great job. We just needed a break, I guess, to get that goal, versus them, and to me, they got a lucky bounce on that last goal, so it's unfortunate. But that's hockey."
