2006-07 Pre-season schedule announced

The Boston Bruins will play a seven-game schedule of pre-season games highlighted by a September 30th game at the TD Banknorth Garden against the New York Rangers, it was announced today by Bruins General Manager Peter Chiarelli.


The Bruins will play a game at one other New England site as well, facing the New Jersey Devils at the Tsongas Arena in Lowell, MA on Sunday, September 17th.

The pre-season slate also includes games at Montreal (two) and NY Rangers in addition to games vs. the New York Islanders in Moncton, New Brunswick and Halifax, Nova Scotia. The Bruins will play two games each against Montreal, NY Islanders and the NY Rangers with a single contest versus New Jersey.
