Official Rules

1.General. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER TO WIN. By submitting an entry to this contest, sponsored by the Boston Professional Hockey Association, Inc. ("the Sponsor"), the entrant acknowledges and agrees to all of these Official Rules. Void where prohibited. Contest begins on May 8, 2019 ends on May 14, 2019. All times in this contest refer to Eastern Time. By entering the drawing, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of the Sponsor, whose decisions are at its sole discretion and are binding and final. Failure to comply with these rules will result in disqualification from this contest.

2. Eligibility. The contest is open only to legal U.S. residents of MA, CT, NH, RI, VT and ME who are 18 years of age or older as of May 8, 2019. Winner must be 18 years old or over to win. Employees of Sponsor and Delaware North Companies, Inc.-Boston ("DNCB"), JetBlue, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and the officers, directors, agents, employees, advertising and promotion agencies and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) of each of the foregoing are not eligible. Contest entrant must be able to attend the Bruins away game assigned with their prize.

3. How to Enter. No Purchase Necessary. To enter the contest submit a story about why you should be chosen to win a trip to a Boston Bruins away game during the 2019 Boston Bruins Playoffs. Submit your story online at All stories must be in good taste and the Sponsor reserves the right to remove any stories that are of questionable taste, in its sole discretion, and disqualify these Entries. In addition, to qualify, Entry stories: must, in the sole discretion of the Sponsor, be suitable for a general audience and must not contain any nudity, sexually explicit, disparaging, libelous or other inappropriate content; must not contain any commercial content that promotes any product or service (except to the extent regular team uniforms include local sponsor names and logos); must not contain any trademarks, copyrighted works or other intellectual property (other than as owned by the individual entrant); must be the own original work of the entrant, and the entrant must have the permission to use any intellectual property of a third party incorporated into the entry.

4.Selection of Winner. One (1) winner will be selected from all participants in the JetBlue Fly Me To Contest. The winners will be notified roughly two to three days prior to the date of the game. Sponsor will judge entries equally on the following criteria; originality, creativity, adherence to contest theme. The winner will be required to sign and return to the Sponsor (i) an affidavit of eligibility and (ii) agreement regarding good conduct and release of liability and publicity as a condition of, and prior to, receipt of the prize. If any prize notification is undeliverable, or in the event of non-compliance with any of these requirements, the prize will be forfeited.

5.Prize. One (1) prize will be awarded for the Fly Me To presented by JetBlue Contest. The prize will consist of two (2) tickets to a Boston Bruins away game, per the schedule above, two (2) round trip JetBlue flights to TBD airport from Boston Logan International Airport, and one (1) night hotel accommodation. Flights, seat locations on the flights and seat locations at the game are at the discretion of the Sponsor. The estimated value of this prize is $1,200. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Transportation costs other than those expressly described as in the prize are the winners' responsibility. In the event the game is cancelled or postponed for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute or award an alternative prize of approximate value with no further obligation to the winner. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash and there are no substitutions. Transfer of the prize is prohibited. All taxes and all other expenses, costs or fees, including parking and transportation, associated with the acceptance and/or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

6.Disclaimer. By entering the contest, the entrant assumes all liability for any personal injury or claims, damages or fees, caused or claimed to be caused by, arising out of or in connection with his or her participation in the contest and/or the acceptance and/or use of any prize, including but not limited to claims of violation of the intellectual property, publicity or privacy rights of any person, and hereby indemnifies, holds harmless and releases the Sponsor, DNCB, the NHL, NHL member clubs, JetBlue and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any and all such liability.. None of the Sponsor, DNCB, JetBlue, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and the officers, directors, agents and employees of any of the foregoing, are responsible for technical, hardware, software, or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this contest or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this contest. Entry constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use winner's name, city, state, likeness and/or voice for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity without additional compensation. Only the applicable winner may accept the prize. Winner may be asked for valid identification to verify his or her identity.

7.JetBlue Flight Travel Certificates Terms & Conditions. Each Travel Certificate is good for one-time use by one person in accordance with the travel restrictions identified on or in connection with the Certificate. All travel must be booked and flown within the specified validity dates. In the event that a Travel Certificate does not include dates of validity, the Certificate shall be good for travel booked and flown within one (1) year of the date of issuance. If specific flights or departures/destinations are not identified on or in connection with the Travel Certificate, the Certificate may only be redeemed for one-way JetBlue flights to/from JetBlue cities. (Not all JetBlue cities connect; call 1-800-JETBLUE (538-2538) for information on connecting cities.) Redeemed travel is subject to availability, blackout dates, and capacity controls (flights to/from Caribbean destinations subject to heightened capacity controls), and seats may not be available on all flights. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. Certificate is not valid for bookings on Mint, partner airlines or code share or interline flights or for use in connection with JetBlue Vacations packages, cruises or any other products or services. Certificate is transferable; however, at no time may it be purchased, sold, bartered, traded on an auction website or otherwise exchanged for value without prior written consent from JetBlue. Certificate cannot be partially redeemed, is not redeemable for cash, and has no cash value. Passengers are subject and entitled to all provisions of JetBlue's Contract of Carriage. See for details.

If traveling outside of the United States of America, passengers are responsible for any and all documentation requirements, including but not limited to, proof of citizenship and all applicable visa requirements. For travel to Cuba, each passenger must comply with regulations administered by the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and is solely responsible for ensuring that his or her trip is authorized under at least one of the OFAC approved license categories and for obtaining any applicable visa. JetBlue is not responsible for a passenger's failure to present or provide adequate travel documentation required by the applicable laws of the territories a passenger is traveling to or from.

Government taxes and fees apply to travel booked using a Certificate, are the responsibility of the passenger, and will vary based on route. Passenger must pay all applicable taxes and fees using a major credit card at the time of booking. A Travel Certificate may be redeemed only by calling 1-855-337-9612 and providing the authorization number and PIN number included on the Certificate. Travel Certificates may not be redeemed at airport ticket counters or online. The authorization number and/or PIN number cannot be replaced if lost or stolen (except as required by law), and JetBlue is not responsible for lost or stolen Travel Certificates, authorization numbers or pin numbers. Customers will not be able to redeem their Travel Certificate without the authorization number and PIN. Redeemed travel is not eligible for TrueBlue points. (TrueBlue is JetBlue's loyalty program.) JetBlue's change/cancel policies (including certain change/cancel fees) apply. 8.Internet. If for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, and unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity of the game or contest, the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it believes has tampered with the entry process, and/or cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. The Sponsor, DNCB, JetBlue, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and the officers, directors, agents and employees of any of the foregoing (i) assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alternation of, entries, (ii) are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or provider, computer equipment, software, failure of any email to be received by the Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to the participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in these contest. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an online entrant, the prize will be awarded to the authorized account holder of the email address, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

9.DISPUTES/CHOICE OF LAW: Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by state or federal courts situated in Boston, Massachusetts, (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) no punitive, incidental, special, consequential or other damages, including without limitation lost profits may be awarded (collectively, "Special Damages"), and (4) entrant hereby waives all rights to claim Special Damages and all rights to have such damages multiplied or increased. Massachusetts law, without reference to Massachusetts' choice of law rules, governs the contest and all aspects related thereto.
