Four of the scariest words in NHL history: "An Al MacInnis' Slapshot."

Known for having one of the hardest shots in the League, the 13-time All- Star spent 23 seasons in the NHL from 1981-2004, splitting his time with the Calgary Flames and St. Louis Blues. St. Louis made playoff appearances in each of the 10 seasons MacInnis wore the Blue Note, including in 1999 when the defenseman won the Norris Trophy as the League's top defenseman.

When looking through the St. Louis Blues record books, there's one name you'll notice over and over, and that's Brett Hull.

The son of former NHL winger Bobby Hull, "The Golden Brett" tallied 1,391 points in the regular season over his 21-season NHL career. The sniper spent 10 seasons in the Blue Note, including a career-best 86-goal season in 1990-91, which is the third highest mark in NHL history.
