Stastny sidelined with lower-body injury

Blues forward labeled week to week after being injured Tuesday

ST. LOUIS - Blues forward Paul Stastny was injured early in Tuesday's 4-2 win against the Colorado Avalanche, playing just 3 minutes and 51 seconds before leaving the game midway through the first period.

On Wednesday, the Blues announced that Stastny sustained a lower-body injury and has been labeled week to week.

The injury leaves the Blues in a difficult position at center, as another center - Jori Lehtera - has also been sidelined for six games with an undlsclosed injury.

Through 72 games this season, Stastny currently ranks fourth on the club in scoring with 40 points (18 goals, 22 assists).
