St. Louis Blues Head Coach Craig Berube did not reveal any lineup changes for Game 4 during his pregame meeting with the media, saying only that there was a chance defenseman Jake Walman would return to the lineup for the first time since getting off the NHL's COVID protocol list.

Walman was skating with Steven Santini during pregame warm-ups, so it appears likely he could take Mitch Reinke's spot in the lineup for a must-win Game 4 (4 p.m. CT, BSMW, NBCSN, 101 ESPN).
The only other visible change from warm-ups was Vladimir Tarasenko and Jordan Kyrou switching positions - Tarasenko was on the top line with Ivan Barbashev and Ryan O'Reilly, while Kyrou was skating with Jaden Schwartz and Brayden Schenn.
