Blues Head Coach Craig Berube might start his club's second-round series against the Colorado Avalanche with the same 11 forwards and seven defensemen he used to finish off the Minnesota Wild in Game 6 last week.

It's a strategy that paid dividends for the Blues in the first-round as the team dealt with injuries to defensemen Torey Krug (lower-body) and Marco Scandella (lower-body) deep into the series.
Krug and Scandella joined the team on the trip to Denver but both appear to be out for Game 1.
Everyone else is healthy - or at least, as healthy as anyone can be at playoff time.
"Rest was good. Everybody is banged up, so we got a litlte time (to rest)," Berube said. "We've had good practices, the mindset is in a good place. They're ready to play."
Jordan Binnington is expected to start in goal on Tuesday night in Game 1 (8:30 p.m. CT, TNT, 101 ESPN). Binnington will be looking for his fourth consecutive playoff win after entering the first-round series against the Wild in Game 4.
Binnington is 3-0 with a 1.67 goals-against average and a .943 save-percentage in the playoffs this season.
The projected lineup below is based on the line rushes used in Tuesday's morning skate.
