ST. LOUIS - Sammy Blais will be a gametime decision for Thursday's matchup with the New York Islanders (7 p.m., FSMW, 101 ESPN).
Blues Head Coach Craig Berube said if Blais doesn't play, he would consider using 11 forwards and seven defensemen in the game. That would mean Robert Bortuzzo would draw back into the lineup for the first time since Feb. 21. We should know for sure whether Blais will play when the team takes the ice for pregame warmups. The Blues will be seeking a sixth consecutive victory on Thursday night at Enterprise Center.
