DALLAS - Blues Head Coach Mike Yeo said he didn't expect to make any changes to the forward lines or defense pairings tonight, but that he would have Jake Allen in goal when the Blues meet the Dallas Stars in a pivotal matchup (7:30 p.m., FSMW, FSGO, KMOX).

Yeo was asked by members of the media where the goalie position currently stood.
"It doesn't stand anywhere. What we've got are two good goalies, guys we believe in," Yeo said after an optional morning skate Friday. "When we approached the game tonight, we felt Jake was the guy we'd throw in net tonight. To say that we have a plan going forward or anything like that, we don't. Both goalies, I think, are aware of that. Let's just concentrate on tonight."
Tonight's matchup features two Central Division rivals in a tight race. The Blues are holding on to the third spot in the division standings, but the Stars - who have the first Wild Card spot in the West - are just two points behind.
"This is going to be a good one tonight," Yeo said. "Looking at them, I think they're going to be real jacked up playing in front of their crowd. Looking at the standings, looking at the opportunity they have, they're going to be real excited. Why wouldn't they be? I think we need that same type of excitement.
"It's going to be a fun game, it's going to be an intense game."
