The outdoor rink - named The Barn - has remained under construction but will host its first Blues practice on Sunday.
Blues practices at Centene Community Ice Center - indoors or outdoors - are open to the public and free to attend. Because practice times are subject to change with little notice, Blues fans are encouraged to follow @STLCIC on Twitter for the most up-to-date practice times. Sunday's practice time is subject to change.
