ST. LOUIS - As the offseason began to wind down and players started returning to St. Louis from their offseason breaks, we decided to take advantage of an informal skate in late August and put Colton Parayko's booming slapshot to the test.
Parayko unloaded his shot and broke the glass in a game last season, so we already knew he had a rocket. But that shot had never been measured since he broke into the NHL last season.
