The Blues defenseman appeared to take a shot off the glove, left the game in the third period and did not return. He played 15 minutes and 22 seconds in the game.
Blues Head Coach Mike Yeo said Parayko was "fine" and would be in the lineup Saturday when the Blues meet the Vegas Golden Knights.
In eight games this season, Parayko has one goal and two assists to go along with a plus-3 rating.
