With his leadership and productivity sparking the team's recent win streak, St. Louis Blues captain Ryan O'Reilly has been named Player of the Week by the NHL Players' Association.
In the week spanning Nov. 11-17, O'Reilly recorded six points (three goals, three assists) and a plus-2 rating, helping his team extend its winning streak to five games.

Two of the Blues captain's three goals were game-winners: a second-period goal in Vegas and his 11th-career shorthanded goal, which was scored on Wednesday night in a 5-2 win against the Chicago Blackhawks.
O'Reilly played a crucial role on Thursday night against Washington, scoring a sensational backhander in the third period and keeping the team alive with a goal during the shootout.
On the season, O'Reilly has five goals and three assists for eight points.
