McDonald has been sidelined since suffering a shoulder injury in the March 15 game against the Carolina Hurricanes. After leaving the game in the second period, McDonald returned to practice almost immediately and has been skating with the team.

D'Agostini has been recovering from a concussion suffered on Feb. 7 in Ottawa. He was activated from injured reserve on Thursday but did not play in Chicago.

, who has been out since March 17 against Tampa Bay, is expected to be available to play on Saturday as well. It would mark the first time the Blues have had a lineup free of injuries in 160 games.
