ST. LOUIS - A St. Louis staple for foodies will now be serving its famous roast beef sandwiches at Blues games.
Lion's Choice is now available at Section 326 at Scottrade Center, near Pepsi Plaza on the mezzanine level. Standard menu options include Lion's Choice signature favorites, such as the Original Roast Beef Basket and King Beef Basket and the hearty Butcher Block Salad. The stand will be operated by employees from Lion's Choices' 25 area locations.
The stand debuted at Thursday night's Blues game against the Dallas Stars.
Like the Blues, Lion's Choice also celebrated a 50th anniversary in 2017. The first Lion's Choice was opened in Ballwin in 1967 and a second store was added in Creve Coeur two years later.
The locally owned and operated quick-service restaurant chain known for its real beef sandwiches is the most recent concession option for Blues fans in Scottrade Center. Earlier this season, some new local operators were added to the concessions offering as stands for Byrd and Barrel, Hi-Pointe Drive-In and Kohn's Kosher were added, in addition to a second stand for Sugarfire Smokehouse.
