Jaskin, Porter Recalled from Wolves

ST. LOUIS – St. Louis Blues President of Hockey Operations and General Manager Doug Armstrong announced today the club has recalled forwards Dmitrij Jaskin and Chris Porter from the Blues’ American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate, Chicago Wolves.

Jaskin, 20, has dressed in 20 games for Chicago this season, tallying 17 points (nine goals and eight assists). The 6-foot-2, 196-pound forward has appeared in three National Hockey League (NHL) games overall with the Blues, including his 2013-14 season debut on Dec. 23 in Calgary. The Omsk, Russia native was originally drafted by the Blues in the second round, 41st overall, of the 2011 NHL Draft.

Porter, 29, has dressed in 19 games for Chicago this season, posting 11 points (three goals and eight assists). In addition, the 6-foot-1, 209-pound forward has made six appearances for the Blues, including his season debut on Nov. 2 at Tampa Bay. The Toronto, Ontario native was originally signed by the Blues as a free agent on Aug. 21, 2007.
