Jaskin Assigned to Chicago Wolves

ST. LOUIS – St. Louis Blues President of Hockey Operations and General Manager Doug Armstrong announced Wednesday the club has assigned forward Dmitrij Jaskin to the Blues’ American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate, the Chicago Wolves.

Jaskin, 20, appeared in four games with the Blues during his call-up, scoring his first career National Hockey League (NHL) goal on Dec. 28 vs. Chicago. With the Wolves this season, the 6-foot-2, 196-pound forward has posted 17 points (nine goals, eight assists) in 20 games.

The Omsk, Russia native was originally drafted by the Blues in the second round, 41st overall, of the 2011 Entry Draft.
