  • The Blues lost in regulation for the first time in their last eight games (6-1-1).
  • The Blues power play converted twice, stretching their home scoring streak to five games. This marks the first time the Blues have etched a five-game home power play scoring streak since a six-game stretch from Dec. 31, 2005 to Jan. 26, 2006
  • Vladimir Tarasenko posted his 29th goal and added his 24th and 25th assists for his third three-point effort of the year. The goal was also his 11th on the power play and 17th overall on home ice – both totals share sixth-most League wide
  • Jay Bouwmeester notched his third goal of the year. Bouwmeester has now scored in three consecutive games against the Sharks
  • Jaden Schwartz notched his 6th assist of the year, stretching his point streak to four games (3g, 1a)
  • Jori Lehtera logged his 19th and 20th assists for his third multi-assist and sixth multi-point game of the season. His first assist was his 7th on the power play, giving him a new career-high eight power play points overall this season (1g, 7a)
  • Kevin Shattenkirk grabbed his 21st assist and his 14th on the power play. He now shares sixth amongst all defensemen with 19 power play points (5g, 14a) this season
  • Jake Allen relieved Brian Elliott, who left the game with a lower-body injury in the first period. Allen made 15 saves on 17 shots in his first appearance since returning from a lower-body injury (he missed the previous 17 games
