ST. LOUIS - St. Louis Blues President of Hockey Operations and General Manager Doug Armstrong has announced that forward Keean Washkurak will undergo surgery on his left wrist today.

Washkurak will be re-evaluated in four to six weeks.
The surgery will be performed by Dr. Marty Boyer of Washington University and Barnes-Jewish Orthopedic Center.
Washkurak, 21, was drafted by the Blues in the fifth round (No. 155 overall) of the 2019 NHL Draft. Last season, the 5-foot-10, 190-pound forward collected 23 points (13 goals, 10 assists) and 50 penalty minutes in 64 regular-season games with the Blues' AHL affiliate, the Springfield Thunderbirds.
