Beginning Feb. 11 the St. Louis Blues will offer free in-seat concessions delivery to every seat in Scottrade Center for the remainder of the 2010-’11 season.
The service, branded Blue Note Express, enables fans to order food and drinks using any mobile phone and then have that order delivered to their seat.
“The St. Louis Blues have the most loyal fans in the NHL,” said Mike McCarthy, President of the St. Louis Blues. “We think offering free in-seat delivery to every seat in Scottrade Center is a great way to say thank you for that loyalty.”
Blues fans have three ordering methods to choose from when using Blue Note Express; they can order using text messages, the mobile web on a smartphone, or a native iPhone app.
“Many of the fans who have tried Blue Note Express continue to use the service at every game,” McCarthy said. “We think that’s a stronger indicator of fans’ enthusiasm for this service in our building.”
Fans interested in using Blue Note Express have the option to create a free account online at www.BlueNoteExpress.com
to further expedite the ordering process, though creating an account in advance is not required.
To offer Blue Note Express arena-wide, the St. Louis Blues have partnered with mobile techology company, Mangia Technologies, and premium concessionaire Levy Restaurants.
