Blues sign Toropchenko to one-year extension

The St. Louis Blues have signed forward Alexei Toropchenko to a one-year, two-way contract extension.

The deal is worth $750,000 in the NHL and $100,000 in the AHL.
Toropchenko made his NHL debut on Dec. 14 in Dallas and has played in five games for the Blues this season.
The 22-year-old forward was selected by the Blues in the fourth round (No. 113 overall) in the 2017 NHL Draft.
