ST. LOUIS – St. Louis Blues Executive Vice President and General Manager Doug Armstrong announced Friday the club has signed forward Keith Aucoin to a one-year contract.
Aucoin, 34, dressed in 41 games with the New York Islanders last season posting 12 points (six goals and six assists) to go along with four penalty minutes.
In addition, the 5-foot-8, 171-pound forward appeared in 34 games with the American Hockey League’s (AHL) Toronto Marlies, registering 37 points (10 goals, 27 assists) and 40 penalty minutes.
The Waltham, Massachusetts native has appeared in eight National Hockey League (NHL) seasons with Carolina, Washington and New York.
Overall, Aucoin has totaled 49 points (17 goals, 32 assists) and 22 penalty minutes in 143 career regular season games while tallying five assists in 20 career postseason games.
