ST. LOUIS - Fresh off a 3-2 overtime win against the Columbus Blue Jackets on Wednesday night, the Blues are gearing up to continue preseason action on Friday against the Washington Capitals.

Friday's game is the first of three consecutive preseason games for the Blues (1-1), who will play eight exhibition contests before opening the regular season on Oct. 4 in Pittsburgh.
