ST. LOUIS - St. Louis Blues President of Hockey Operations and General Manager Doug Armstrong announced today the Blues have assigned forward Austin Poganski to the team's American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate, the San Antonio Rampage.

Poganski, 23, was originally drafted by the Blues in the fourth round (No. 110 overall) of the 2014 NHL Draft. This season, the 6-foot-2, 200-pound forward has appeared in 21 games with the Rampage, posting 13 points (two goals, 11 assists) and six penalty minutes.
Overall, the St. Cloud, Minnesota, native has spent the past three seasons in San Antonio, totaling 46 points (12 goals, 34 assists) and 18 penalty minutes.
