Blues Assign Jaskin to Wolves

ST. LOUIS - St. Louis Blues President of Hockey Operations and General Manager Doug Armstrong announced Saturday the club has assigned forward Dmitrij Jaskin to the Chicago Wolves of the American Hockey League.

Jaskin, 20, has appeared in seven games with the Blues this season, recording one goal and one assist. He scored his first career NHL goal on Dec. 28 vs. Chicago.

With the Wolves, the 6-foot-2, 196-pound forward has posted 25 points (13 goals, 12 assists) in 32 games.

The Omsk, Russia native was originally drafted by the Blues in the second round, 41st overall, of the 2011 Entry Draft.
