Bishop Assigned to Peoria Rivermen

ST. LOUIS – St. Louis Blues President John Davidson announced Thursday the club has assigned goaltender Ben Bishop to the Blues’ American Hockey League affiliate, the Peoria Rivermen.


Bishop, 23, has played in 20 games for the Rivermen this season posting a 12-6-2 record including a 2.60 goals against average and a .906 save percentage. Last season, the 6-7, 210-pound netminder appeared in six games with the Blues collecting a 1-1-1 record, 2.93 goals against average and a .893 save percentage.
