ST. LOUIS – St. Louis Blues Executive Vice President and General Manager Doug Armstrong announced Friday the club has placed forward Jason Arnott on injured reserve.

Arnott has missed three games after suffering a shoulder injury in the Blues’ 1-0 win over Los Angeles on February 3 at Scottrade Center.

Arnott, 37, has appeared in 49 games in his first season with the Blues, posting 24 points (12 goals, 12 assists) to go along with a +11 rating.

The Collingwood, Ontario native was originally signed by the Blues as a free agent on July 6, 2011.
