The 2017 Plager Youth Hockey Scholarship will be awarded to a deserving local youth hockey player that needs financial assistance to continue playing youth hockey and embodies the core character traits that the Plager Brothers displayed each day both inside and outside the rink.

Parents, teachers, coaches, or teammates are encouraged to nominate a local Missouri Youth Hockey Player by completing the below form and describing ways the nominee exemplifies the core character traits of the Plager Brothers. Applications are now being accepted through August 23, 2017.

The nominees will be narrowed down and presented to the Blues for Kids Board of Trustees to select the scholarship recipient and ambassador for Blues Youth Hockey. The scholarship will cover the recipient's league and travel costs for three years. Average annual scholarship will be $5,000.
