 2019 Stanley Cup Playoffs FAQ

The 2019 Stanley Cup Playoffs begin on Wednesday, April 10. Schedule to be announced Sunday, April 7.

A limited number of single-game tickets for all potential home playoff games in the first round will go on sale Friday, April 5 at 10am. Fans may purchase tickets via BlueJackets.com, Ticketmaster.com, at the Big Lots Box Office at Nationwide Arena, FOX Sports Ohio Blue Line at The Mall at Tuttle Crossing or by calling 1-800-745-3000. Tickets for games beyond the first round will go on sale at a later date. On sale dates for later rounds will be announced via our website and Flag Bearer, the official e-mail newsletter of the Blue Jackets. Click here to subscribe to Flag Bearer.

Please note that in an effort to best serve our local fans, tickets for the First Round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs will be restricted to residents of Ohio until 10am on Monday, April 8. Based on availability, fans outside of the state of Ohio may begin purchasing tickets beginning at 10am on April 8. Residency is based on your credit card billing address. Orders placed by residents outside the state of Ohio before 10am on Monday, April 8 will be canceled without notice and refunds given.

Demand for NHL Stanley Cup Playoff tickets is extremely high. Priority to purchase tickets is given to Blue Jackets season ticket holders, sponsors and suite holders. The best way to guarantee the opportunity to purchase tickets for Stanley Cup Playoff games at Nationwide Arena this season is by placing a deposit on a 2019-20 Full, Half or Quarter Season plan today. Yes. Your tickets will be enabled for resale on NHL TicketExchange, the safest, most secure place to purchase authentic tickets from other fans. The Blue Jackets have partnered with Ticketmaster to ensure all transactions through this site are official, fast and secure. No other resale site can authenticate tickets or guarantee your access to Nationwide Arena. Resale prices are determined by fans, not by the Columbus Blue Jackets. A service fee for all resale tickets will be added to the cost of each ticket at checkout.

If you opted in for Commemorative printed tickets, your playoff tickets will arrive no later than Thursday, April 11th. Season Ticket Holders will be receiving printed tickets for the 2019 NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs. You will receive these tickets for all four potential rounds of the playoffs in your ticket book. The playoff ticket books will arrive via 2-day FEDEX shipment. 
In addition to your printed 2019 Stanley Cup Playoff tickets, you may also access your tickets on your mobile device, securely and electronically transfer tickets via e-mail and sell your tickets via NHL Ticket Exchange.

CBJ Student Rush tickets presented by Papa Johns are based on available inventory on game day. If there are any tickets available for the promotion, we will communicate with the CBJ Student Rush database on game day. Eligible students can sign up for alerts at www.CBJStudentRush.com.
