 2018 Stanley Cup Playoffs FAQ

The 2018 Stanley Cup Playoffs begin on Wednesday, April 11. Schedule to be announced Monday, April 9.

A limited number of single-game tickets for all potential home playoff games in the first round will go on sale Friday, April 16 at 10am. Fans may purchase tickets via,, at the Big Lots Box Office at Nationwide Arena, FOX Sports Ohio Blue Line at The Mall at Tuttle Crossing, all Ticketmaster Ticket Centers or by calling 1-800-745-3000. Tickets for games beyond the first round will go on sale at a later date. Please note that in an effort to best serve our local fans, tickets for the First Round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs will be restricted to residents of Ohio until 10am on Thursday, April 6. Based on availability, fans outside of the state of Ohio may begin purchasing tickets beginning at 10am on April 6. Residency is based on your credit card billing address. Orders placed by residents outside the state of Ohio before 10am on Thursday, April 6 will be canceled without notice and refunds given.

Demand for NHL Stanley Cup Playoff tickets is extremely high. Priority to purchase tickets is given to Blue Jackets season ticket holders, sponsors and suite holders. The best way to guarantee the opportunity to purchase tickets for Stanley Cup Playoff games at Nationwide Arena this season is by placing a deposit on a 2018-19 Full, Half or Quarter Season plan today. You will have the opportunity to purchase up to two (2) tickets for all potential home playoff games in the first round, based on availability.

Yes. Your tickets will be enabled for resale on NHL TicketExchange, the safest, most secure place to purchase authentic tickets from other fans. The Blue Jackets have partnered with Ticketmaster to ensure all transactions through this site are official, fast and secure. No other resale site can authenticate tickets or guarantee your access to Nationwide Arena. Resale prices are determined by fans, not by the Columbus Blue Jackets. A service fee for all resale tickets will be added to the cost of each ticket at checkout.

Your playoff tickets will arrive in early April. Season Ticket Holders will be receiving printed tickets for the 2018 NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs. You will receive these tickets for all four potential rounds of the playoffs in your ticket book. The playoff ticket books will arrive via 2-day FEDEX shipment. 
In addition to your printed 2018 Stanley Cup Playoff tickets, you may also print PDF tickets from any computer at absolutely no cost, access your tickets on your mobile device, securely and electronically transfer tickets via e-mail and sell your tickets via NHL Ticket Exchange.

* Please make sure your mailing address is current in your My Blue Jackets Account. The deadline to receive the commemorative ticket book was March 29.

No. The Family Value Pack, CBJ Student Rush and Active Military Offers are not available during home playoff games.
