Time Warner Cable Presents Blue Jackets Telecast on FOX Sports Ohio this Sunday

COLUMBUS, OHIO – The Columbus Blue Jackets and FOX Sports Ohio announced March 31 that Time Warner Cable will be the presenting sponsor of the Blue Jackets game this Sunday at 5 p.m. when the Jackets host the Chicago Blackhawks. In partnership with FOX Sports Ohio and the Blue Jackets, Time Warner Cable's presenting sponsorship has increased the regular season Blue Jackets game broadcast schedule on FOX Sports Ohio to 76 games. Live coverage on FOX Sports Ohio will begin with the Blue Jackets Live pre-game show starting at 4:30 p.m. Game time from Nationwide Arena is 5 p.m.

"Thanks to our partners at Time Warner Cable for helping to deliver this special presentation in conjunction with FOX Sports Ohio, Blue Jackets fans across Ohio will be able to watch this key divisional match-up as the team continues its march to the playoffs," said Cameron Scholvin, Blue Jackets Vice President of Corporate Development.

"We're proud to ensure this game will be telecast to all of Central Ohio during this exciting time in Blue Jackets history," added Mark Psigoda, Time Warner Cable Midwest Regional Vice President of Marketing.

Time Warner Cable is the exclusive provider of entertainment and information services, including cable television, high-speed Internet and local and long-distance telephone, for the Columbus Blue Jackets and Nationwide Arena. Time Warner Cable has been affiliated with the hockey club since its inaugural season in 2000-2001.

The Blue Jackets return to action tonight when they host the Nashville Predators at 7 p.m. ET. Live coverage on FOX Sports Ohio will begin with the Blue Jackets Live pre-game show starting at 6:30 p.m. The game also will be broadcast live on the Wheeling Island Hotel Casino Blue Jackets Radio Network and flagship stations WBNS-AM/Sports Radio 1460 The Fan and WWCD-FM/CD101 beginning at 6:30 p.m.

Tickets for remaining 2008-09 regular season home games are on sale now at the Nationwide Arena Ticket Office, FOX Sports Ohio Blue Line at The Mall at Tuttle Crossing, The Chiller Ice Rinks and all Ticketmaster Ticket Centers. Fans can purchase tickets by phone at (800) 745-3000 or online at www.BlueJackets.com and www.ticketmaster.com. In the event the Columbus Blue Jackets qualify for the 2009 Stanley Cup Playoffs, individual game tickets for all first round home playoff games at Nationwide Arena will go on sale Saturday, Apr. 11 at 9 a.m.
