by Blue Jackets Staff / Columbus Blue Jackets

Every Wednesday, will highlight the best games and most memorable moments from the history of the Columbus Blue Jackets. This week we look back at the best from Arpil 13-19.

April 13, 2006 – He's not exactly known as the feistiest Blue Jacket ever, but D-man Duvie Westcott earns a franchise mark on this night for time spent in the box. Westcott racks up a team record 31 penalty minutes in a 4-1 Columbus win over the St. Louis Blues. All of those PIMs come in the game's second period.

April 18, 2006 – The Jackets manufacture some late-game drama in their 2005-06 season finale as Mark Hartigan finds the back of the net at the 19:03 mark of the third period against the Dallas Stars at Nationwide Arena. Sergei Fedorov completes the comeback at 0:35 of the OT, beating Stars' netminder Johan Hedberg for his 14th career overtime goal. The marker ties the Russian star with Toronto Maple Leafs captain Mats Sundin for the most OT winners in NHL history.

April 19, 2007 – The franchise looks to go in a new direction and makes some changes at the top as Michael Priest takes over the position of President. Jim Clark is named interim General Manager until the position is filled two months later when Scott Howson joins Columbus.
