The Blue Jackets had a significant weekend in Dallas for the 2018 NHL Draft, where the team grew by six prospects in seven rounds. Above, first-round pick Liam Foudy dons his first Blue Jackets jersey.
In addition to Foudy, the Blue Jackets acquired three skillful forwards: Kirill Marchenko, Marcus Karlberg, and Trey Fix-Wolansky, chosen in the second, third, and seventh rounds, respectively. Swiss defenseman Tim Berni and goalie prospect Veini Vehvilainen were chosen in the sixth round.
Not all the action of the past week took place in Dallas, however. Josh Anderson had a cool encounter with boxing Hall of Famer Lennox Lewis.
Meanwhile, Panarin is looking for recommendations as he travels in Japan while wearing a really awesome outfit.
