Allen York, G

20 years old, 6-4, 180 pounds (Wetaskiwin, AB)
Drafted in the sixth round, 158th overall, in the 2007 Entry Draft

Allen York had 43 saves including 19 in the third period for Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in a 4-3 win over Michigan in the Great Lakes Invitational. Through 16 games this season, the sophomore goaltender has a 7-8-1 record. York is in his sophomore season at R.I.T. after posting a 5-10-0 record his freshman year. In 16 games York had a 3.02 goals against average and a .901 save percentage.

Theo (Teddy) Ruth, D

20 years old, 6-1, 208 (Naperville, IL.)
Drafted in the second round, 46th overall, by the Washington Capitals in the 2007 Entry Draft. Traded to Columbus Blue Jackets in 2008 for Sergei Fedorov

Ruth registered one assist and eight penalty minutes in his first six games, but he has been held scoreless in his last six games. Last season as a sophomore for the Irish, Ruth played in 36 games scoring two goals and adding five assists for a total of seven points. He finished with 42 penalty minutes served and had a +11 plus/minus rating.

Nick Sucharski, F

21 year old, 6-2, 190 (Toronto, ON)
Drafted in the fifth round, 136th overall, in the 2006 Entry Draft

Sucharski added a goal for Michigan State in an 8-2 blowout over the U.S. National Development Program Under-18 squad. For the year, the senior forward has three goals and six assists to total nine points. Surcharski also has 48 shots on goal and a +4 plus/minus rating.

Trent Vogelhuber, F

19 years old, 6-2, 180 (Dublin, OH)
Drafted in the seventh round, 211th overall, in the 2007 Entry Draft

Vogelhuber has contributed one goal and has an even plus/minus rating in the Miami Redhawks recent six game unbeaten streak. The goal was the sophomore's first of the season. Through 18 games this year, Vogelhuber has one goal and one assist for two points, and has a +2 plus/minus rating.
