Will Weber, D
21 years old, 6-4, 225 pounds (Gaylord, MI)
Drafted in the second round, 53rd overall in the 2007 Entry Draft
Weber has registered an assist and four block shots in the Miami Redhawks last four games, helping the club to a 2-2 record in that span. The Redhawks now stand 14-4-5 on the season. Through 21 games this season, Weber has registered 0-4-4, 20 blocked shots and has a +7 plus/minus rating overall. As a freshman, Weber scored three goals and added two assists for five points overall.
Cody Goloubef, D
19 years old, 6-0, 195 pounds (Mississauga, ON)
Drafted in the second round, 37th overall in the 2008 Entry Draft
Defender Cody Goloubef registered an assist and was +1 last weekend as Wisconsin came out of a double-header against North Dakota with a 4-3 victory and a 3-3 tie. Through 20 games this season, Goloubef has scored three goals and tallied seven assists for a total of 10 points. He is also currently leading the team lead with a +13 plus/minus rating. Last year for Wisconsin, he scored five goals and added eight assists for 13 points overall in 36 games as a sophomore.
Drew Olson, D
19 years old, 6-0, 206 pounds (Brainerd, MN)
Drafted in the fourth round, 118th overall in the 2008 Entry Draft
Olson has helped Minnesota-Duluth win four of their last five games and the Bulldogs have improved to 15-7-1 this season. Through 19 games this season, Olson has registered 0-1-1 with a 10 penalty minutes. Last year for the Omaha Lancers of the USHL, Olson had two goals and six assists for eight points in 39 games played.
