Prospects Report: February 4

Every Wednesday throughout the 2009-10 season, will bring you the "Prospects Report" to keep Columbus fans updated on the next wave of Blue Jackets players.

Cam Atkinson, F
20 years old, 5-8, 165 pounds (Greenwich, CT)
Selected in the sixth round, 157th overall, in the 2007 Entry Draft

Cam Atkinson helped the Boston College Eagles to a 2-0 record last week with victories over Harvard and Providence. Atkinson contributed an assist in the 6-0 victory over Harvard, and notched two goals and an assist in the Eagles 5-2 win over Providence. Through 24 games this season the sophomore has tallied 16-11-27 while ranking first on the Eagles in goals and second in points.

Sean Collins, F

20 years old, 5-9, 165 pounds (Saskatoon, SK)
Selected in the seventh round, 187th overall, in the 2008 Entry Draft

Collins has registered an assist and has a +1 plus/minus rating for Cornell in their recent two-game winning streak. The sophomore has contributed four goals, six assists and eight penalty minutes for the Big Red this season. He has helped Cornell to a 12-5-3 record on the season, and a 5-1-1 record in their last seven games.

Steven Delisle, D

19 years old, 6-6, 217 pounds (Levise, QC)
Selected in the fourth round, 107th overall, in the 2008 Entry Draft

Steven Delisle has produced three assists and has a +5 plus/minus rating in11 games since being traded from the Gatineau Olympiques to the Rouyn-Noranda Huskies. In that stretch the defender has helped his new team to an 8-3-0 record, pushing the Huskies into fifth place in the QMJHL at 31-19-2 overall. Through 61 games this season, Delisle has tallied 4-25-29 and has a +17 plus/minus rating on the season.

Jake Hansen, F

20 years old, 6-2, 182 pounds (St. Paul, MN)
Selected in the third round, 68th overall, in the 2007 Entry Draft

Hansen contributed a goal in the University of Minnesota's 4-3 loss against St. Cloud State. For the sophomore, the goal was his sixth of the season, while adding two assists for a total of five points. Last season with the Gophers, he scored two goals to go along with five assists for seven points in 31 games played.
