Allen York, G

Drafted in the sixth round, 158th overall, in the 2007 Entry Draft
York stopped 17 of 18 shots for Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute Saturday night, helping the Engineers top the Clarkson Golden Knights 2-1. York also had 23 saves in a 3-3 tie to St. Lawrence the night before. Through 25 games this season York is 12-10-3. York is in his sophomore season at R.I.T., after posting a 5-10-0 record his freshman year. In 16 games this seeason, York had a 3.02 goals against average and a .901 save percentage.
Theo (Teddy) Ruth, D
20 years old, 6-1, 208 (Naperville, IL)
Drafted in the second round, 46th overall, by the Washington Capitals in the 2007 Entry Draft. Traded to Columbus Blue Jackets in 2008 for Sergei Fedorov
After being held scoreless in his previous 16 games, Teddy Ruth registered an assist and was +1 for the Fighting Irish on Saturday against Western Michigan. Ruth had registered one assist and eight penalty minutes in his first six games, but had been scoreless since. Last season, Ruth played in 36 games scoring two goals and adding five assists for a total of seven points. He finished with 42 penalty minutes served and had a +11 plus/minus rating.
Nick Sucharski, F

Drafted in the fifth round, 136th overall, in the 2006 Entry Draft
Sucharksi has had a hot month scoring four goals and dishing out three assists for seven points in his last nine games. Surchaski had only three goals and six assists in the previous 24 games. For the year, the senior forward has seven goals and nine assists to total 16 points. Surcharski also has 65 shots on goal and a +3 plus/minus rating.

Vogulhuber has contributed two goals and one assist in the Miami Redhawks recent eight-game win streak. The two goals in his last eight games doubled Vogelhuber's previous goal total of one on the season. Through 28 games this year, Vogelhuber has three goal and two assist for five points, and has an even plus/minus rating.
