Will Weber, D
20 years old, 6-4, 205 pounds (Garlord, Mich.)
Columbus' second round choice, 53rd overall in 2007
The Miami (Ohio) defenseman is currently a +2 in the NCAA tournament and will face Bemidji St. in the Frozen Four on Apr. 9. In 36 games this season, Weber has tallied three goals and one assist for four points. He is currently tied for third on the team in plus/minus with a +7 rating.
Matt Greer, RW
23 years old, 6-1, 183 pounds (St. Paul, Minn.)
Columbus' eighth round choice, 233rd overall in 2004
Greer wrapped up his collegiate hockey career with a 2-1 loss to Miami (Ohio) in the regional final. In the Western Collegiate Hockey Association’s Final Five tournament he tallied a goal against Minnesota to help his team advance in the tournament and eventually make the NCAA tournament. He finished the regular season with four goals and two assists for six points in 35 games.
Allen York, G
19 years old, 6-4, 170 pounds (Wetaskiwin, Alberta.)
Columbus' sixth round choice, 158th overall in 2007
The freshman finished the season with a 5-10-0 record, a 3.02 GAA and a .901 save percentage for the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Started the last five games of the season for R.P.I.
