Atkinson has had the game winner on his stick often enough in his career, but which players have potted the most game winners for the Blue Jackets in a single season? Let’s take a look at some of the Blue Jackets’ best closers.

As is the case with many Blue Jackets scoring records, RIck Nash holds a share of the record for most game-winning goals in a season for the Blue Jackets. Nash netted seven game-winners during the 2003-04 season, and accomplished the feat again in 2010-11. Nash also had six game-winners in 2007-08 and 2009-10. In total, Nash led the Jackets in game-winning goals five times in Columbus
